Supporting Elementary Teachers' Learning for Citizen Science (Sarah Carrier)
Elementary teachers face many challenges. We present our team's development of support materials to help teachers include citizen science projects in their classrooms. We will share how our teacher advisory group helped in materials development and their experiences with their own students taking students outdoors for data collection and the subsequent data analysis.

Connecting Educators and Researchers through the development of an Outdoor Educator Positional Identity Survey Instrument (Aimee Farulo)
This session will share the development and results of a survey on outdoor educators’ positional identity to which many EENC members contributed. This interactive session will elicit suggestions for how the EE community can use this tool to inform future research and bridge the gap between formal indoor and informal outdoor education.

Turning Your Lessons Inside Out (Jill McGowan)
This research project was designed to support teachers in transitioning their lessons to include outdoor instruction. Our project goals introduced teachers to the benefits of outdoor learning and offered guidance in strategies. We value sharing ideas with and recommendations from our session attendees.
